Due to the nature of elaine madigan cashmere’s unique handmade garments, we operate two delivery time options:

  • Orders received for items that are in stock at the time of order & before 12pm will have their item packaged and sent for shipping the same day with an estimated date for delivery within 3 to 4 working day.
  • Orders received for items that are not in stock at the time of order, will require 10 to 12 working days delivery time to allow us to create the item and package it for shipping.

After your order is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming your orders details. If you notice and discrepancy in the details in your order email please contact us immediately and we will work to insure that your order is amended.

On receiving your order our staff will immediately package your purchased item and send it for shipping, if you’re ordered item is not at present in stock, the ordered item will them be scheduled for manufacture. Once completed the ordered item will be packaged and sent for shipping.

Once an order is sent for shipping you should receive an order completion email to let you know your item is on its way.
